In order to make sure we provide you with with best experience, we would like to make you aware of our booking ground rules. Please read these items completely prior to booking your appointment.
Service Policy
If you change the length in person, you will be charged
Cash is preferred
Please wash and blow-dry your hair before you come!
No extra guests. It is a distraction to our braiders and takes longer to complete hair.
If you have short hair, or a larger head, please book evening appointments or give a heads up.
If you would like a custom color, please give us 2 weeks notice.
Late/Cancellation Policy
Late policy 30 minutes max
If you are an hour late, you get charged half for the style
The deposits are nonrefundable
There is a 24 hour cancellation window. If you do not cancel before 24 hours you will be charged for the style.
Braid Length Guide
Note: You will be charged for the length that you book. If you change your length during your appointment, you will be charged for it. Please review the length guide carefully before you book your style.
